Selling Process Steps

  • After connecting with us, we will set a time to preview your home and property. During this time, we will assess your property’s characteristics and qualities.

  • Before listing your home on the market, it's crucial to prepare it for sale. This may involve decluttering, cleaning, making necessary repairs, and enhancing curb appeal to attract potential buyers. We may choose to work with a professional stager and designer who will help showcase your home and ensure it is visually ready for showing.

  • Together we will determine the appropriate listing price for your home. We consider factors such as market conditions, comparable sales in your area, and the unique features of your property. We will outline a strategic plan to achieve the best possible result for you as a seller.

  • Once your home is ready, we will list it on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and other relevant platforms. We work with a professional photographer to highlight the beauty of your home, inside and out. We also offer drone photography, videography, 3D Matterport tours, digital ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.

  • When you start receiving offers from interested buyers, we will present them to you for review. We discuss and consider factors such as the offered price, contingencies, and proposed closing timeline before deciding whether to accept, reject, or counter the offer.

    Negotiations may ensue as you and the buyer work to reach a mutually acceptable agreement. As your Realtors, we facilitate communication between you and the buyer's representative to address any concerns and finalize the terms of the sale.

  • Once you've accepted an offer, the buyer may conduct a home inspection to assess the property's condition. The buyer may request repairs or concessions and we negotiate with the buyer to determine which repairs, if any, you’re willing to address before closing. Additionally, the buyer's lender will order an appraisal to ensure the home's value supports the loan amount. Other contingencies may include financing and title.

  • On the closing day, you'll meet with representatives from the title company to sign the necessary paperwork. Once all documents are signed and funds are transferred, ownership of the property officially transfers to the buyer.

  • Congratulations, you've successfully sold your home! We arrange the transfer of keys to the buyer and help ensure any remaining tasks, such as canceling utilities and updating your address, are completed to finalize the sale.
